Contacting us via WhatsApp, email or the form is an enquiry and does not create a contractual obligation for either party. Work begins once scope and terms are clearly agreed.

Where a service carries fees, the amount, payment method and schedule are set out in the project's proposal or agreement.

Our services may involve working with external platforms and services (such as e-commerce platforms, hosting and payment providers). These are subject to their providers' terms, and Number One is not responsible for their policy changes, outages or decisions.

Any application submitted to an external party — such as opening a financial account, activating a payment gateway or registering an entity — is entirely subject to that party's decision, terms and eligibility requirements. Number One does not guarantee the acceptance of any application, the opening of any account or the granting of any approval.

Number One is independent and is not affiliated with, or a representative of, any payment provider, bank or financial institution (including Stripe, Wise and others). These names are mentioned on the site for descriptive purposes only.

Our training is educational and practical. We do not guarantee any income, sales, employment or specific outcomes, as results depend on many factors outside our control. Number One is not affiliated with eBay, Amazon or any other platform, and the training is not provided by or on behalf of them.

All content on this website — including the logo, brand identity, text and designs — is owned by or licensed to Number One and may not be copied or used without written permission. Ownership of project deliverables created for clients is set out in each project agreement.

When we create a digital product for a client, the client is responsible for the accuracy of, and rights to, the content they provide. We do not guarantee any level of sales or reach for a digital product.

The website and its content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Number One is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, reliance on its content or decisions made by third parties.

We may change our services or these terms from time to time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on this page.
